Any financial arrangements for work performed would be between the homeowner or their agent and the provider.

Home Sale Prep Coordination (HSPC) establishes a timeline with the homeowner for the work to be performed and then sees that the schedule is met!

At first glance that seems simple, but as everyone has probably experienced, some unexpected crisis arises. We will take the responsibility of resolving the scheduling problem so that your busy day is not interrupted.

We will communicate on a regular basis by whatever means you desire (phone, text, email, etc.) and as often as you desire.
